A native of Chicago, Illinois, Anthony Williams enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1980. After completing a four-year term, he studied criminal justice at the University of Illinois - Chicago, and interned at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. He received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. While studying law he worked as a law clerk for the law firm of Greenbaum & Leavitt.
Attorney Williams returned to the Marine Corps and served in the aforementioned legal capacities. After serving in the armed forces for 20 years, he retired from active duty and opened the Law Offices of Anthony C. Williams in Stafford, Virginia, where he continues to provide effective legal representation.
